The next taronja challenge: conquer the Astroballe for the first time
Valencia Basket has
returned this morning in L'Alqueria del Basket to practices to begin preparing
the first of this week's commitments, which will take him to visit the LDLC
ASVEL Villeurbanne court on Thursday, January 21 at 8:45 p.m. hours. Coach
Jaume Ponsarnau has been adding troops to the work session with a very clear
challenge: to assault the Astroballe for the first time, a field in which he
has never been able to win in any of his five previous visits. The French team
has just broken its bad streak in the Euroleague by winning last Friday at the
Olympiacos court, lost in Chalon on Sunday and today Tuesday it will recover
its postponed round of day 10, facing again the Greeks whom they defeated just
four ago days.
